It also has detachable nylon bristles that you can easily change when worn out.

When shopping around for power brooms, you want to look for a model that has a corner-less frame so you can easily clean curbs and corners. It is also a good idea to go for a brand that you come with available spare parts so you can replace the bristles once they are worn out. Commercial cleaning will warrant heavy-duty brooms so you need to have spare supplies handy every time.
